HADITH/VERSE OF THE DAY:
A TRANQUIL HEART AND A TRUTHFUL TONGUE
The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) would say during his prayers:
"O God, I ask You for a tranquil heart and a truthful tongue."
Fiqh-us-Sunnah, Volume 1, Number 161
"It is the remembrance of God that provides tranquility to the heart."
The Holy Quran, 13:28
