HADITH OF THE DAY:
PUNISH PERPETRATORS, NOT VICTIMS
Narrated Wa'il ibn Hujr:
"When a woman was forced against her will in the time of (the Prophet Muhammad), he avoided punishing her but inflicted (punishment) on the one who had molested her."
Al-Tirmidhi, Hadith 1012
